How long will it take for my order to arrive?
We’re as excited as you are! Once you place your order, we’ll get it packed up and shipped out within 1–2 business days. Delivery usually takes just 3–5 business days, so your coffee will be there before you know it.

Can I change the address on my order after placing it?
No worries—just reach out to us as soon as you can if you need to update your shipping address. As long as your order hasn’t shipped yet, we’re happy to help make the change.

How can I get expedited shipping?
Want your order a little faster? We offer expedited shipping options at checkout. If you’ve already placed your order and need it in a hurry, give us a shout and we’ll see what we can do.

Where can I find my tracking information?
Keep an eye on your inbox! As soon as your order ships, we’ll send you a tracking link so you can follow its journey. You’ll also find your order status and tracking info in your account.

What if my products are missing or damaged?
That’s not the experience we want for you! If anything’s missing or arrives in less-than-perfect condition, please let us know within 7 days—snap a quick photo and share your order number. We’ll make it right, promise.

What should I do if I missed the order deadline?
Don’t worry—it happens! Your order will be sent out on the next available shipping day. If you’re really in a pinch, reach out and we’ll do our best to help.


Returns & Refunds

What items are eligible for return?
We want you to love your order! If something’s not right, unopened and unused products in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days. Some items, like perishable goods, may not be returnable—just check the product page for details or ask us anytime.

How do I make a return or request a refund?
Let’s get things sorted—just email us your order number and the reason for your return. We’ll let you know the next steps and send over a return label if needed. We’re here to help make it easy!

How quickly will I receive my refund?
As soon as your return lands back with us and checks out, we’ll process your refund within 3–5 business days. The funds will pop back to your original payment method before you know it.

How do I update or cancel my subscription?
You’re in control! Log into your account and head to the “Subscriptions” section—there you can update, pause, or cancel anytime. If you have questions or need a hand, just ask.

What coffee will I receive in my subscription box?

How do I join your membership program?

How do I create or manage my account?
It’s quick and easy! Just click the “Account” icon at the top of our website to sign up or log in. From there, you can update your info, check orders, and manage subscriptions.

I am not receiving order confirmation emails—what should I do?
First, peek in your spam or junk folder just in case! If it’s not there, make sure your email address is correct in your account and add us to your safe list. Still no luck? Reach out and we’ll make sure you’re in the loop.
